For a long time psychology has focused on how to help people who are suffering. In recent years
however there has been a shift in psychology and there are is now also a significant focus on how to
help individuals who are already psychologically healthy to enhance their performance
professionally and or personally.

The role of coaching is to assist individuals to lead (even) more fulfilling lives. There is an emphasis on
goal attainment and taking specific measures in order to do this by utilising strengths, developing
resilience, building on self-awareness and addressing obstacles that are getting in the way.

Rebecca is able to see individuals for coaching and draws specifically upon elements from CBT,
Positive Psychology and Functional Imagery Training.
